APPLE TV+ GLOBAL LAUNCH

STRATEGY
Nobody knew what Apple TV+ was when it launched. So we led with the one thing everyone already believed in, Oprah.

OVERVIEW
For the launch of Apple TV+, I was dedicated leadership for all things Oprah & Apple. We developed an integrated campaign (film, ooh, social), along with the brand ID, name and logo design for Oprah’s next big chapter with Apple, The Oprah Conversation

The Moment

EXECUTION
The visual idea was simple and infinite. An empty chair. A white cyc. The endless possibilities of what could happen in that space.

PROCESS
To do this justice, we needed filmmakers, not commercial directors. We brought on Terence Nance, Jenn Nkiru, and Bradford Young, together as The Ummah Chroma for their craft and mastery of visual language rooted in Black culture, music, and storytelling.
